Course details

A course in Baby Massage lasts five weeks and is for babies from birth to crawling.  Groups are small (between five and eight) and advance booking is recommended .  

Each session lasts an hour and a half and includes relaxation for parents, massaging a different part of your baby's body each week, refreshments and chat about parenting issues.  The course fee includes a file with stroke review, course notes and articles, a choice of massage oils, the loan of parenting books, all refreshments and a Course Certificate. Following the course you can join regular free refresher sessions and get-together's.

Regular courses are available in Exeter, Topsham and Sidmouth. These courses are a great opportunity to meet other parents. Alternatively, groups of friends organise courses in their own homes at a time to suit them.  

One-to-one sessions in your home may suit you best and can include your partner and older children.  If your baby is already crawling it's not too late to start massaging. Please ask about Music, Massage and Movement courses.
